Welcome to ICTHS

Information and Communication Technology High School is the first IT-oriented public secondary school in Region III. Located along Mc-Aurthur Highway, Sindalan, City of San Fernando, this pace setting school was organized in 2003 primarily through the concerted effort of the former Mayor Rey B. Aquino, the first Division of City Schools Superintendent Tarcila P. Javier and Mathematics Education Supervisor / School Based Management Coordinator Mr. Manuel M. Mendoza. Being one of the founders of the school, Mr. Mendoza was also designated to supervise the school in its first four years of operation.
